This role will involve:
Meeting and greeting clients coming for appointments.
Answering the phone and taking messages, relaying these to therapists, making appointments, keeping reception tidy and making sure all therapists info is on display.
Talking to prospective clients.
Communicating with therapists
We are a centre that can be busy at times and we aim to give a relaxed, stress free experience to all who come into the building.
Being friendly and welcoming is very important and our reception staff are the first point of contact.
We would prefer mornings, but need cover any time.
