Description
The role of a ZGBTST front of house advisor is to provide vulnerable individuals with a welcoming face to our Coleraine Workshop. Providing tea & coffees/setting up counselling stations for incoming clients.
Responsibilities
Duties include:
Gathering client information
Supportive listening ear
Befriending
Greeting individuals
Key Holding
Times required:
4 hours per week.
Criteria:
This role would be suited to someone who has experience in befriending/supporting vulnerable individuals however this is not essential as all training will be provided.
Requirements:
Due to the sensitive nature, this opportunity is only suitable for those aged 18 or over and is subject to an Access NI check.
All ZGBTST volunteers are supported by a volunteer manager to assist with any queries at all times.
