Inspire Social Co., part of the Aspire Media N.I. CIC group, is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to work directly with the Head of Social Media & Operations Director on a variety of exciting content projects in a voluntary role.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across real client campaigns and internal content for our social enterprise divisions, including Aspire Media Studios, Aspire Media Academy and Aspire Media TV.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the Director on content creation for client projects

· Create graphics, reels, stories, and short-form videos (using Canva and CapCut)

· Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn

· Use Metricool to help schedule posts and review analytics (training will be provided)

· Contribute to Aspire Media N.I. CIC's & Inspire Social Co.'s own social media content

· Research trending audio, hashtags and social formats

· Monitor engagement and assist with basic performance reporting

· Optionally attend events, content shoots or community projects

Who We’re Looking For:

· Passion for social media, storytelling and digital content

· Basic writing and communication skills

· Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Canva – or willingness to learn

· Interest in learning scheduling and analytics tools like Metricool

· A creative and collaborative mindset

· Ideally based within 15–20 minutes of Coleraine (remote work will be available)

· You may already have some experience or training in social media — but if not, we can provide support and training to help you get started
