About the Role

Coleraine Cougars Basketball Club is looking for a dedicated Volunteer Fundraising Officer to help secure vital funding and resources that support the club's activities and athletes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, generating ideas, and making a meaningful difference in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate fundraising activities and campaigns.
  • Research potential funding opportunities and grants.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and community organisations.
  • Explore sponsorship opportunities.
  • Work with the committee to identify fundraising priorities.
  • Help raise awareness of the club's impact within the community.
  • Support fundraising events throughout the year.

Skills and Experience

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm.
  • An interest in community engagement and fundraising.

No fundraising experience is required as support and guidance will be provided.
