Event Volunteer

Event Volunteers help raise the profile of Rosie’s Trust by spreading the word in their local communities and representing us at events. This is a flexible, rewarding role for confident communicators who enjoy engaging with the public and sharing the importance of the bond between our beneficiaries and their companion pets.

This role involves:
• Attending community events and fundraisers on behalf of Rosie’s Trust
• Setting up charity information stands and speaking to the public about volunteer roles or the support options available to Rosie’s Trust beneficiaries
• Distributing leaflets and promotional materials
• Representing our values and mission with warmth and enthusiasm
• Assisting at fundraising events and collections

This is a great role for people who love talking to others and want to help us grow our reach across the areas where we currently offer our services. It is also a more flexible role for those who want to support Rosie’s Trust but don’t have the time to offer on a more regular basis.
